Provides an overview of the risks posed by people and techniques for detecting and avoiding those risks. Participants learn to identify and differentiate both purposeful threats (criminals, violent actors) and ‘inadvertent assailants’ (salespeople, other drivers, flirting strangers, “helpful” people). We introduce core awareness techniques and different reaction strategies to use when alone, in a group, or responsible for the safety of others.
The Situation Awareness - and Its Limits presentation is intended for a general audience. The material is appropriate for everyone concerned about personal safety. Anyone with responsibility for their own safety or the safety of others needs this presentation.
If you want to have the Situation Awareness - and Its Limits presentation given to your organization, group, company, or church, contact us to schedule a presentation.
You can find out when and where our public presentations are being offered on the event calendar and contact the sponsoring group for details on attending a presentation.
