Situation Awareness

Presentation Description

Provides an overview of the risks posed by people and techniques for detecting and avoiding those risks. Participants learn to identify and differentiate both purposeful threats (criminals, violent actors) and ‘inadvertent assailants’ (salespeople, other drivers, flirting strangers, “helpful” people). We introduce core awareness techniques and different reaction strategies to use when alone, in a group, or responsible for the safety of others.
